PureSweet® 2
A natural flavouring agent for use in general food, beverages and baking products. It provides a wide range of applications ans assimilates readily into powder premixes and liquid batches, while offering a low joule and dietetically safe alternative to sugar. PureSweet® is the ideal sugar substitute to use when cooking and baking, as it is heat stable to 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit) and non-fermentable. PureSweet® 2 is available in a liquid format.

For use in low fat beverages or ice confections. It assimilates readily into powder premixes or liquid batches. Aftertaste has been curbed and balanced to allow for dairy in particular. PureSweet® 5 is available in a powder format.
